For the first time in six years Hurriyat Conference ( M) chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq would deliver Eid speech at historic Eidgah todaay.
Sources said that government has decided to allow Mirwaiz to reach Eidgah where he will shed light on Eid. Earlier Mirwaiz used to remain under house detention on Eid eve since 2012.
